These Wheat bags can be using Hot & Cold.
To Heat:
Place wheat bag and a cup of water into the microwave for 30 second's at a time until you have reached your desired temperature.
To Cool:
Place wheat bag in a plastic bag or container and place inside freezer for 1-2 hours.
They are scented with dried Lavender.
